Delete a single item
Open the relevant Pantry, Library, Plan, Grocery, or Diary view and use its delete action. Delete a saved diary photo from its record when offered. Confirm the action when prompted.
Local-first data controls
Tablumi does not currently require a Tablumi account for core use. This guide explains the real deletion paths for local data, iCloud, saved photos, anonymous cloud sessions, and Apple purchases.
Open the relevant Pantry, Library, Plan, Grocery, or Diary view and use its delete action. Delete a saved diary photo from its record when offered. Confirm the action when prompted.
Open Tablumi → Settings → Data Management → Clear All Data. Read the confirmation carefully. This removes current SwiftData content and is intended to be irreversible unless you have a separate backup you later import.
If iCloud sync is enabled, deletions are processed through your private CloudKit database. Allow the app to sync after deletion. Turning sync off stops future use of that store but does not necessarily erase data already held by Apple. Use Apple iCloud controls or contact support if synced content remains.
Uninstalling removes app-local containers under iOS rules, but it should not be treated as a guaranteed deletion of private iCloud records, Apple purchase history, device backups, short-lived cloud caches, or provider records. Clear data first when possible.
Core cloud access uses an anonymous integrity session rather than an account. Structured retry results can remain up to 24 hours, hashed rate-limit records up to 35 days, content-free reliability data up to 90 days, and anonymous sessions generally up to 30 days. Email privacy@tablumi.com if you need a privacy review and include enough context to locate the request.
Start a data deletion request →Deleting data, uninstalling Tablumi, or emailing the developer does not cancel an Apple subscription and does not automatically create a refund. Manage monthly or yearly renewal in your Apple account subscription settings. Apple handles refund requests. A lifetime purchase does not auto-renew.
Data already used to create aggregate, content-free reliability statistics may not be reconstructable as your personal content.
