Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Tablumi, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or cloud features. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply and controls where required by the App Store.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your location. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and supervise use. Do not use Tablumi where its use would violate applicable law.
App license
Subject to these Terms and Apple's rules, Tablumi grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership in the software, brand, models, content library, or services is transferred.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, backups, iCloud settings, data entries, photos, meal decisions, food storage, allergen checks, food safety, and compliance with law. Review generated or recognized results before relying on them. Maintain appropriate device and Apple account security.
Account rules
Tablumi's core features do not currently require a Tablumi account. Anonymous App Attest or DeviceCheck sessions used for integrity and cloud quotas are not accounts and should not be treated as permanent identity or cross-device storage. Do not attempt to bypass integrity, quota, entitlement, or abuse controls.
User content
You retain rights you have in names, notes, photos, preferences, and other content you enter. You grant Tablumi a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the feature you request. You must have the right to use submitted content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious material.
Image and ingredient data
Image recognition depends on lighting, framing, packaging, labels, model behavior, and image quality. It may omit, duplicate, or misname ingredients and may estimate amounts incorrectly. Confirm the result before saving or acting on it. Do not upload images that contain unnecessary sensitive information.
AI-generated suggestions
AI and automated features may help with recognition, dish suggestions, meal planning, substitutions, menu analysis, and general information. Outputs are probabilistic, may vary between requests, may be incomplete or wrong, and do not represent a professional judgment. Tablumi may route a permitted request among Apple processing, Tablumi Cloud, and configured providers as described in AI & Data Transparency.
Accuracy limitations
Food names, origins, translations, prices, preparation details, quantities, availability, and recommendations can be inaccurate. Menu prices are meaningful only when visible in the source material. Suggestions do not guarantee that ingredients are fresh, safe, available, appropriate, or compatible with your equipment or skill.
Nutrition and health disclaimer
Always verify allergens, dietary restrictions, expiration, contamination, cooking temperature, and food safety. Seek qualified help for medical, nutritional, allergy, pregnancy, or emergency decisions.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Tablumi may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime in-app purchase. Products, availability, family sharing, price, currency, tax, billing period, and included features are shown by Apple in the App Store purchase sheet and can vary by region. StoreKit processes payment and entitlement. Do not rely on website text if it conflicts with Apple's current purchase sheet.
Free trials and auto-renewal
An eligible subscription may include a free introductory period only when Apple and the in-app purchase sheet display it. Unless canceled before the end of the trial or current billing period under Apple's rules, an auto-renewing subscription converts or renews at the displayed price. Eligibility and trial reuse are determined by Apple.
Cancellation, restoration, and refunds
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Deleting Tablumi, clearing its data, or contacting the developer does not itself cancel a subscription. “Restore Purchases” asks StoreKit to restore eligible entitlements. Apple controls billing and refund decisions; request a refund through Apple's official process. Tablumi cannot issue an App Store refund outside Apple's system.
Acceptable use
You must not reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, attack or overload services, bypass quotas or paywalls, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected endpoints, test stolen credentials, upload malware, infringe rights, use outputs for unlawful discrimination, or use Tablumi to create or distribute harmful or illegal material.
Intellectual property
Tablumi's software, interface, brand, artwork, curated global dish library, documentation, and service technology are owned by the operator or licensed contributors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, icons, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services
Apple, Cloudflare, Google, Alibaba Cloud Qwen, DeepSeek, Gemini, and other configured services may have their own terms and policies. Tablumi is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside its reasonable control. Links do not imply endorsement. The Privacy Policy describes current processing roles.
Service availability and changes
Local features may work without a network, while iCloud, purchases, ads, global content, and cloud AI require third-party or backend availability. Features, limits, providers, languages, models, and supported systems can change. Tablumi may modify or discontinue a feature to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the product.
Termination
You may stop using Tablumi at any time. Access to cloud services may be suspended or ended for material breach, fraud, abusive automation, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users or systems. Termination does not automatically cancel Apple billing or create a refund. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tablumi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or accuracy. Mandatory consumer warranties that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, purchase decisions, or food, health, allergy, safety, or third-party-service outcomes arising from Tablumi. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not excluded.
Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, misuse of the service, or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify the operator for the operator's own unlawful conduct or waive non-waivable consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The proper forum and conflict-of-law rules can depend on the operator's location, your location, and the nature of the dispute. Before filing a claim, contact the operator and attempt a good-faith informal resolution, unless law allows you to proceed directly.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may change when features, purchases, providers, law, or business arrangements change. The Last Updated date will be revised and material changes may be announced in the app or on this site. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the revised Terms where permitted by law.
